How long have you been in business?
Black Circles has been operational since 2000. In this time we have won numerous awards for innovation, and have won contracts with some of the biggest companies in the UK including: Sainsbury’s, Standard Life, The RAC and Shell.

Are your prices all inclusive?
Yes. The price you see quoted is the final price you pay fully fitted. This is in contrast to the majority of our competitors who quote you for the tyre only, and then add on the valve, fitting, balancing and sometimes the VAT later. When you are collecting quotes from different companies always ensure you are being quoted the total and final price. Our mail order price is subject to a small delivery fee that is calculated at the checkout.

Where can I get the tyres fitted?
We offer a fully fitted service. This means once you have selected a garage location from the list, we ensure that the tyres are ready and waiting for you when you turn up on your pre-selected appointment date.

Where is my nearest fitting centre?
As part of the ordering process we provide a postcode search that will list all available fitting centres in your area. You do not need to complete an order to view this but you will need to select a tyre and confirm that you require a fully fitted service before you can view your available locations.

Do you offer fitting for motorcycle tyres?
At present our motorcycle tyres are only available by mail order. We are however in the process of developing a motorcycle tyre fitting network and hope to offer this service in the future.

Do I have to organise my own fitting?
No, we look after the whole process. The Black Circles network is 100% vetted and monitored to ensure our service standards are at a premium. We would never dream of leaving you to arrange your own fitting, this would lead to a variable quality of service and potential insurance risk.

When is the next time I can get my tyres fitted?
This is dependable on the time of the week and your location. Our system will give you a number of options once you have confirmed your tyre and fitting information. We can usually get you booked in for the following day. However this may vary. If you have any specific requirements please call a member of our team on 0845 200 0022.

Do you offer sameday fitting?
Because we supply tyres to our contracted fitters specifically for each order, we can only arrange for delivery between 9am and 5pm on the following day, your tyres are then ready for fitting the day after that, a minimum of two days after your order is placed, this may be subject to how late in the day your order is placed.

How do I know what my tyre size is?
It’s easier than you may think. Printed on the side of your tyre you will find a series of numbers. They will look something like this 205/55 R16 88V. Write down these numbers and enter them into the search box on our front page. If you are still unsure call one of our team who will guide you through the process (0845 200 0022).

How do I tell if I have Centreless Rims or Alloys?
If you have either a Peugeot or Citreon with factory fitted alloys you will probably have Centreless Rims. To aid in identifying this you would have a solid centre in the middle of the alloy rather than a clip on cap. Steel rims are not centreless.
If you are still unsure we recommend that you contact the vehicle manufacturer or sales yard where you purchased your vehicle.

How do I tell if I have Runflat Tyres?
Normally this will be stated on the side wall of your tyre along with the tyre specifications. This will be shown as either Runflats, ZP or SSR.
This can also be checked with the vehicle manufacturer in regards to your vehicles model.

Should I mix Tyres?
Mixing tyres is not recommended, however you are able to mix and match if you wish as long as the tyre specifications match your existing tyres.
You should also be aware that we do not recommend fitting directional tyres to the rear unless you also have them on the front. You can however choose to fit directional tyres only to the front with non directional tyres fitted to the rear.

What happens once I place my order?
You will need the details of your tyre, e.g. Width – ratio – diameter – speed rating, these can be found on the side wall of your tyre in the following format. 235/45 R 17 Z . (For more information visit Tyre Sidewall Explained Your order can be placed on our website or via our call centre. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and payment. We will then confirm the appointment with your requested fitter, order and arrange for your tyres to be delivered and confirm when your tyres have arrived at the fitting centre. We will then send you a copy of your final confirmation e-mail with details of your appointment, the fitters address and a link to a map for your assistance. Your receipt will be attached. This process will be completed 24 to 48 hrs prior to your fitting appointment

What happens once I get to the garage?
When you arrive at the garage for your appointment, all you need is your order number (which will read something like BC012345) – just quote this number to the garage upon your arrival and your tyres will be fitted for you.

I've orders tyres by mail order, what time will they be delivered?
We contract a courier service to deliver our mail order tyres. This is a standard mail / courier service with deliveries between 9am and 5pm.

Why are our prices so competitive?
As every tyre we sell is shipped in from our hubs when your order is placed, we do not have to pay out vast sums of money for warehousing. We choose not to keep this saving for ourselves but pass it onto you, the customer.

How do I apply my promotion code?
If you have a Discount or Promotional Code it can be entered at the shopping trolley stage of your order. Simply select the promotion code option, enter your code, click on the submit button and your promotion code will be activated
Please note that discounts and reward points schemes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or special offer

How do I redeem my Tyre Bank points?
Tyre Bank points are given after you place an order, these can be redeemed on a future purchase. Tyre Bank Points can only be redeemed when you are logged into your account. Once you have logged into your account, to search for your new tyres select the “New Quote” option in the menu. Your Tyre Bank discount will be applied once you add your tyres to your shopping trolley

You can access your account by entering your e-mail address and password on the Home or My Account pages

How can I retrieve the password to My Account?
To retrieve your password click on My Account tab at the top of the page and click on the “Remind me of my Password Button”. Enter your Name and e-mail address and click on the “Remind me of my password” button. If your name and e-mail match your account your password will be sent to your e-mail address.

I can't log in to my account?
You may be attempting to login with an incorrect e-mail address or password. It may be that your e-mail address has changed since you last ordered from us. . If you have changed your e-mail address please contact a member of the team on 0845 620 2000 to update your account

Do I have to sign or pay for anything at the Fitting Centre?
Not unless you are having additional work done at the same time. Our price includes Fitting, New Valves, balancing and old tyre disposal.
If you require tracking, tyre rotation, wheel alignment or pressure sensor resetting, these would need to be arranged on agreement with the fitting centre independently of Blackcircles.com.

Will the Fitting Centre give me a receipt?
Not unless you are having additional work done at the same time that is independent of the Blackcircles.com fully fitted service.
The e-mail and receipt you receive from us is the only record you will need to keep to refer to your order in the future.

Why do I not have the choice of a Mobile Fitter in my selection of Fitters?
If during the order process you have entered your postcode and cannot find a mobile fitter on the list of fitters provided, then unfortunately we have not yet contracted a mobile fitter in that area and cannot offer that service.

What happens if I do not have the Key for my Locking Wheel Nuts?
In this case it can be arranged with the fitting centre to remove the locking nuts with specialist equipment, this is considered to be an additional service and will incur a charge from the fitting centre with your prior consent.
Note: The Key for the locking wheel knuts can quite often be found with the spare wheel and car jack.
